our expertise in land acquisition, planning, development and construction
and can locate their retail prototype in our national network of centres
in less than one year. They also enjoy the ease of being connected
to 30 million Canadians through one company.
Our most significant relationship is with Wal-Mart in Canada as their
joint venture partner. We have contributed to their rapid expansion
in Canada by developing and opening over 70 stores, including their
first store in Canada in Barrie, Ontario (1994).
